Dear Valued Customer:
To ensure customer satisfaction, it is always our priority to attempt to keep damages and errors to a minimum. Our policy is the following:
- It is your responsibility to check all items for damages, and or scratches (check your invoice)
- All parts are to be inspected before leaving Kar Parts Direct warehouse.
- All parts must be returned within 21 days of initial purchase, and are subject to 20% restocking fee.
- All parts being returned must accompany the copy of the original receipt.
- No parts will be accepted damaged, scratched, painted, sanded, altered or in poor condition upon return.
- All parts must be returned in original packaging, or they will not be issued credit.
- All Deposits or paid parts not picked up within 30 days of initial purchase losses and /or forfeits deposit/payment or the part.
- Upon Discount on a damaged item all sales are final. You may not return this item.
- Once invoice is signed, all parts will be considered taken and in good condition.
